•Clean wool clothes, gets an unpleasant odor while, especially when they are held for months in a drawer closed during the summer.

•Clean kitchen sink, even if you dolly residues in the sink, it will still smell bad and will be full of bacteria if not clean with a sense of responsibility.

•Refresh your refrigerator, the refrigerator is clean, but when you hold your delicious cake in it overnight, the next day it smells really good and you enjoy it. To get rid of this problem, clean the refrigerator shelves and walls with a piece of cotton soaked in vanilla extract, then do a mixture of 50% vinegar and 50% water clean again.

Food storage boxes, food and oil residues of these special boxes make them smell so bad that not even conceive put your lunch in their lunch bags.To solve the problem, put them overnight in warm water with baking soda. You can also rinse them with warm water and a teaspoon of mustard powder.

•Refresh your room in the basement, usually underground rooms get a bad odor, dark, mold and moisture.Incredibly, hated fragrant onion will help refresh this room. You have to cut it in half and leave overnight in the room. Once the flavor disappears bad air is clean and you will not even come to believe that an onion has helped in this regard.

#3 Keep the décor simple. To help buyers imagine themselves in your space, get rid of any art or other décor that might turn off people with different tastes. A classic landscape painting? Totally fine. Your zebra print leather couch? Might want to slipcover that for showings.

#4 Get rid of personal items. Buyers want to be able to envision themselves in your home, so remove anything overly personal, like family photos in the hallway or your kids’ artwork on the fridge.

#5 Get rid of bulky furniture. Your furniture should fit the scale of the room, so get rid of any extra or oversized items that could make your space look smaller than it really is.

#6 Close the toilet! When it comes to both showing and photographing your home, this little trick can make a surprising difference.

#7 The color of the walls. A layer of white lime, fresh, is very cheap, but the gain obtained is much higher. Nobody wants to feel suffocated by tacky, overwhelming. In addition, any scratching of the walls will be covered.

#8 Give each room a purpose. That spare room you’ve been using as an office / guest room /dumping ground won’t help sell your home unless you show buyers how they can use it themselves. So pick a use (office, guest room, crafts room) and clearly stage the space to showcase that purpose.

#9 Make something yummy. Realtors don’t put out fresh cookies at open houses just to treat buyers; a “homey” smell like baking cookies or bread can help people connect with a kitchen. Not a baker? Fake it with a scented candle.

#10 Boost the curb appeal. Don’t spend all your time indoors. More than one buyer has decided not to even enter a home based on its curb appeal, so make sure your home’s exterior looks excellent. Trim your shrubs, weed your flower beds, fix any peeling paint and keep the walkway clear. Just adding a row of potted plants along the walkway or a cheerful wreath to your front door can make a big difference.

Do not invest much unnecessary changes. If you keep the above tips in mind and realize that some changes are necessary, your home will be ready for sale.
